Lawyers are fleecing the estates of elderly citizens through fiduciary instruments allo over this country.
This is the worst kind of silent crimes.
Where instruments like guardianships, power of attorney or trusts that are intested to protect the property of a vulnerable person are actually used to steal their estates.
